So I'm really happy with this and had a lot of fun doing it. I am actually planning for more people I want to do portraits like this.
Holly and I attended a visiting artist class at Snow College a few months ago and the artist Angela Elsworth did portraits like this for her friends. Holly and I thought it would be a good art project and a good break from the concept driven subjects we've been doing. Anyway as I understood it, pre-drawing on the fabric is against the rules so that's why one of the eyes is a little wonky. don't make fun!
